1. Who we are
LAX Valet is an independent valet parking service operating near Los Angeles International Airport. We are not affiliated with LAX, Los Angeles World Airports, or any airline. By reserving with us, leaving your vehicle in our care, or handing us your keys, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Your authorization
- You certify that you are the owner of the vehicle, or that you have the owner's authorization to leave it in our care.
- You authorize LAX Valet and its employees to drive, move, transport, park, and store your vehicle as necessary to provide our valet parking services.
- You certify that the information you give us at booking is accurate.
3. Rates and billing
Parking is charged in 24 hour increments beginning when your vehicle is checked in. Each new 24 hour period that begins is billed as a full period.

Additional 24 hour periods continue to be charged until the vehicle is picked up. Your rate is locked when we confirm your reservation.
4. Changes, delays, and cancellation
- You can cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before your drop off time. Just call or text.
- Tell us your flight number and we will watch it. If your flight is delayed, we adjust the pickup at no extra service charge. Extra time in our care still counts toward the per 24 hour rate.
- Please notify us right away of any flight delay, cancellation, or itinerary change. Additional parking charges may apply if your vehicle stays with us beyond your reserved pickup date and time.
5. Your keys and where your car goes
- We only need the vehicle key. Please remove house keys and other keys from the ring.
- Your vehicle is driven only between the airport, our office, and our parking facility, and only by our staff.
- Between trips your vehicle is parked at our secure covered facility. Specific spot assignment is at our discretion and subject to availability.
6. Condition of your vehicle
- We photograph your vehicle when we receive it. This protects both of us.
- Please inspect your vehicle at pickup. Report any damage concern to the valet before you drive away whenever reasonably possible, or notify us in writing within 24 hours of pickup, so it can be properly investigated. Claims reported after that are much harder to verify and may be declined.
- We are responsible for damage caused by our handling of your vehicle. We are not responsible for pre existing damage or ordinary wear.
7. What we are not responsible for
We are not responsible for mechanical failures, battery failures, flat tires caused by normal wear, electrical issues, fluid leaks, or breakdowns resulting from the vehicle's own condition. We are also not responsible for damage caused by weather or other events outside our control.
8. Personal property
Please remove all cash, electronics, firearms, jewelry, important documents, and other valuables before leaving your vehicle. LAX Valet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left inside the vehicle. If we spot something valuable in plain view, we may text you a heads up, but the responsibility stays with you.
9. Additional services
- Hand wash: $39.
- EV charging: $25 service fee plus the actual cost of charging.
- Gas fill up: $20 service fee plus the actual cost of fuel.
- Any other service you request and we agree to perform is performed at your request, and completion times may vary.
- Additional services are authorized by your booking selections or by text, and are billed at pickup.
10. Payment and release of your vehicle
- Payment in full is required before the vehicle is released.
- A valid government issued photo ID may be required before we release any vehicle.
- We accept the payment methods listed at booking or confirmed by text. We confirm your total by text when we confirm your reservation.
11. Uncollected vehicles
If we cannot reach you for 7 days after your scheduled return date, continued storage is billed at $25 per day. Vehicles left beyond the agreed reservation period without communication may be subject to additional storage charges and handled in accordance with California law, including a lien for unpaid charges after 30 days without contact. We really do not want to do this. Just keep in touch and we will work with you.
12. Limitation of liability
We carry insurance for the operation of this business. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, LAX Valet's liability is limited to direct damages resulting from its negligence, and is limited to the actual documented cost of repairing damage caused by our handling of your vehicle. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as missed flights, lost time, or rental cars, except where the law says otherwise.
13. Tracking link and location
- Each reservation gets a private tracking link and a short car code so you can check your car's status. Anyone you share that link or code with can see that status, so treat it like a receipt.
- The tracker shows your first name, your vehicle description, your reservation status, and a photo of your parked car if we took one. It does not show your phone number, email, or license plate.
- Only while your valet is parked and waiting for you, either to collect your keys or to hand your car back, he may share where he is standing along with a short description so you can find him. That is his location, not yours. We never track your location, and we do not track him while he is driving.
- A shared location only ever comes from the airport, expires automatically within 45 minutes, and is removed the moment he is no longer waiting for you.
14. The agreement
Checking the agreement box when you book, or handing us your keys, means you have read, understand, and accept these Terms & Conditions. We record the date and time you accepted and the version you accepted. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in Los Angeles County.
